KFC is officially bringing back its iconic Potato Wedges nationwide on August 18, 2025, after a five-year absence from the menu. The thick-cut, seasoned wedges were removed in 2020 during a menu simplification but have remained one of the most requested comeback items among fans. Earlier this year, a limited test run in Tampa sold out quickly, prompting KFC to include them in its “Kentucky Fried Comeback†campaign. The wedges will be available for a limited time alongside the return of Hot & Spicy Wings, which are also making a nationwide comeback.
