Who will win the 2025 American League Championship Series?
Toronto vs Seattle: ALCS 2025 Marks a Battle of Droughts and Destiny
The 2025 American League Championship Series features two franchises starving for World Series glory. The Toronto Blue Jays return to the ALCS for the first time since 2016, while the Seattle Mariners are making their first appearance since 2001. Both teams are coming off dramatic postseason wins — Seattle advanced with a walk-off win in the 15th inning against Detroit, and Toronto dispatched the Yankees in four games. With Bo Bichette out due to injury, Toronto leans on veteran pitcher Kevin Gausman, while Seattle will start Bryce Miller in Game 1. The Mariners’ road woes and the Blue Jays’ home-field advantage are key factors as the series kicks off. Fans are eager to see if Seattle can finally reach their first-ever World Series, or if Toronto will end a 32-year pennant drought. This ALCS is shaping up to be one for the ages.
