Liam Neeson Revives Classic Slapstick in ‘The Naked Gun’ Reboot with Pamela Anderson
Paramount Pictures has released the full trailer for its reboot of *The Naked Gun*, starring Liam Neeson as Frank Drebin Jr. and Pamela Anderson as the sharp-witted Beth. Directed by Akiva Schaffer and produced by Seth MacFarlane, the reboot blends slapstick nostalgia with modern humor. Neeson’s deadpan delivery anchors a flurry of absurd gags, while Anderson earns praise for her comedic timing. Set to release on August 1, 2025, the trailer nods to the original 1988 classic while introducing a fresh take for new audiences. Reactions range from excitement to skepticism over reboot fatigue.
