What do you think of Trump’s latest announcements on Space Command and Giuliani?
Trump Revives Space Command Move and Awards Giuliani Medal of Freedom
Former President Donald Trump made headlines again with two high-profile announcements. First, he declared that the U.S. Space Command headquarters will officially relocate to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama—a reversal of a Biden-era decision that kept the base in Colorado. Trump called the move a restoration of military logic and regional fairness. In a separate announcement on Truth Social, he revealed that Rudy Giuliani, former NYC Mayor and his longtime legal ally, will be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Trump praised Giuliani as “America’s greatest mayor†and highlighted his post-9/11 leadership. The announcement follows Giuliani’s recent hospitalization after a car accident. These moves come amid Trump's ongoing influence over Republican politics and his campaign narrative of restoring America’s strength.
