How should Barbara Walters be remembered most?
Barbara Walters' Life Revisited in New Hulu Documentary
A new documentary, *Barbara Walters: Tell Me Everything*, premiered on June 23, 2025, on Hulu and Disney+, offering an in-depth portrait of one of broadcast journalism’s most iconic figures. Walters broke barriers as the first woman to co-anchor a network evening news program in 1976 and became famous for her exclusive interviews with world leaders, celebrities, and controversial figures—from Fidel Castro and Monica Lewinsky to Saddam Hussein and Donald Trump. The film explores not only her career highs but also her personal struggles, rivalries, and the legacy of *The View*, which she created in 1997. Walters passed away in 2022, but her impact continues to spark debate on journalism, gender, and celebrity culture.
