Collin Sexton Traded to Hornets in Jazz’s Backcourt Reshuffle
The Utah Jazz have traded Collin Sexton to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Jusuf Nurkic and a future second-round pick. Sexton, who averaged 18.4 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.7 rebounds last season, gives the Hornets a dynamic scoring guard as they look to reshape their roster. For Utah, the move clears minutes for young backcourt talent and provides salary flexibility heading into the 2026 offseason. Both Sexton and Nurkic are on expiring deals, making this a strategic move for both teams. Fans and analysts are now debating who came out ahead in this trade.
