Do you think Derrick Henry will rush for 2,000 yards next season and earn a movie cameo with Adam Sandler?
Adam Sandler Promises Movie Role for Derrick Henry If He Hits 2K Yards
NFL fans are buzzing after actor Adam Sandler promised to cast Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry in a future movie—if Henry manages to rush for 2,000 yards next season. The offer arose during Henry’s recent appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, where Sandler followed up with a playful video confirming the deal. Henry, who previously rushed for 2,027 yards in 2020 with the Titans and came close again last season with 1,921 yards, is one of the league’s premier power backs. He recently secured a two-year, $30 million contract extension with the Ravens and will be a major focus in their offense. The challenge adds extra excitement for fans as Henry pursues another record-breaking campaign, with a potential Hollywood cameo waiting at the finish line.
